This delicate sliver of Pâté Maison (1/4 lb) is garnished with duck gizzards and costs about $5. It is the perfect hors d'oeuvre for a party, a date, or for your own damn self! It's sophisticated, irresistible, and so much better for your soul than a slice of cheese pizza. I frequent this place when I'm trying to impress, others or myself, with quality charcuterie that is simply top shelf. The menu offers an abundance of cheeses and a meaty selection of confits, mousses and rillettes. Roasts, shoulders, and chops. Lamb and beef, pork and fowl. The carnivorous glory is almost overwhelming.
